Dos-Boot was opened to fill a void in computer services available the OSU Campus and Columbus area. Our aim is to provide the best service available at an affordable price while maintaining a quick turn around time. In contrast to our larger retail chain competitors, all of our repairs are completed in shop. Often times repair departments diagnose notebook problems but then outsource the repair to a third party company. This results in a turn around time of 2-3 weeks at a much higher additional cost. By cutting out the middleman and doing the repair ourselves, we often return computers to customers in under a week while keeping the costs as low as possible.

Dos-Boot is committed to responsible disposal of all electronic waste. We dispose of failed parts through an EPA approved facility. We're also a proud supporter of Columbus FreeGeek through volunteering as well as hardware donations. We're also happy to accept your old systems to be donated to FreeGeek.

Jeff is Dos-Boot's lead technician. As well as formal qualifications and certifications, Jeff has over 12 years of self-taught and on the job experience in computer repair and diagnosis, wireless and wired networking, building/upgrading computers, laser printer repair, web design and software design and use.
Ryan Allen - email
Ryan is the newest addition to the Dos-Boot team. He brings with him over 8 years of customer service, small business administration experience and a passion for working with technology. He has previous experience as a network administrator for a small internet based business.
